Speech and Movement is an out-of-network provider for all insurances and all services are self-pay. All payments are due at the time of service and can be conveniently paid online via debit, credit or HSA/FSA card through the secure client portal. If you’d like to use your insurance, I can provide you with a “superbill” (a detailed, itemized receipt of services provided) that you can submit to your insurance for reimbursement. If you would rather not file out-of-network claims yourself, I use a company called Reimbursify which allows me to submit out-of-network claims for you and any reimbursement will be sent to you. Reimbursify will also communicate with your insurance company on your behalf if there are any issues with out-of-network claims or with reimbursement. Please note that I cannot guarantee reimbursement eligibility or amounts. You can use the link below to find out if you have out-of-network benefits.
